One-Page Website

A fully functional one-page website designed and built in two days. You bring the content (copy, images, branding etc.) and we work closely during two days so that you have your new site live and open to the public at the end of the second day.

Perfect for when you need a simple one-page site without any requirements for custom solutions or bespoke CSS-code.

€ 950 + VAT

  • • A fully functioning Squarespace site that includes responsive design, basic SEO & Analytics setup, hosting, and domains.

    • Limited to one page

    • NO online store, complex CMS system, or booking system.

    • 20% discount for the first year of your Squarespace subscription

    • A walkthrough of your site and a short masterclass in Squarespace after completion

    • One year of email support

  • TWO WEEKS BEFORE

    1h kickoff meeting where style, references, and all practical details (eg. what features are possible) are discussed

    DAY ONE (parts involving you, the client, in bold):

    9:00-9:30 → Opening meeting, double check that we are on the same page about everything

    14:00 → First version of site ready

    14:00-15:00 → Meeting to go through site and decide on necessary changes


    DAY TWO:

    9:00-12:00 → Second version of site is built. Now in fully functional mode with working buttons/links/etc and site is mobile optimized

    12:00-12:30 → Last meeting to doublecheck everything

    12:30-15:00 → Any final changes, Cookie banners, SEO optimisation, domain linking and back-end technical checks

    15:00-16:00 → Delivery of site, payment for Squarespace subscription, run-through of features and functions


    THE FOLLOWING 2h-48h:

    Depending or where your domain is hosted, the site will go live a few hours after I link everything (in some cases it can take up to a day or two).

  • In addition to my fee, you will be responsible for the following:


    • Any and all copywriting and photography needed for the site

    • Paying for your Squarespace plan

    • Paying for your custom domain and/or email hosting (I’ll set them up for you, don’t worry!)

Full Website

A bespoke Squarespace website designed and built in two weeks. I will design a custom solution specific for your needs, using tailor-made code solutions to give your site a unique look and feel.

For when you need a gorgeous fully-fledged site for your small business, professional portfolio, online store, or start-up.

€ 3,000-8,000 + VAT

  • • A fully functioning Squarespace site that includes responsive design, SEO & Google Analytics setup, hosting and domains

    • One-on-One personal service through Google Meet or in person (in Helsinki)

    • Custom CSS code solutions

4 rounds of revisions

    • 20% discount for the first year of your Squarespace subscription

    • A detailed walkthrough of your site and Squarespace after completion

    • A walkthrough of your site and a short masterclass in Squarespace after completion

    • One year of email support

  • TWO/THREE WEEKS BEFORE

    1h kickoff meeting where style, references, and all practical details are discussed. Collection of materials on the clients (your) part.

    ONE WEEK BEFORE

    You sends all necessary materials to me. This can include copy, images, videos, branding among other things.

    WEEK ONE

    First design of your site ready by Thursday morning after which we will hold a 1h meeting to go through the design.

    Updated version of site based on feedback ready by the end of the day on Friday.

    WEEK TWO

    MON → You review the site and send feedback by the end of the day

    TUE → I design a new version based on your feedback

    WED → 1h feedback to start off the day, new version ready by the end of the day

    THU → Your final review day, send feedback by the end of the day

    FRI → Final checks and site launched!

  • In addition to my fee, you will be responsible for the following:


    • Any and all copywriting and photography needed for the site

    • Paying for your Squarespace plan (Business Plan currently 18€/month)

    • Paying for your custom domain and/or email hosting (I’ll set them up for you, don’t worry!)

Visual Identity

A full visual identity for your brand including Primary and Secondary Logos, typography pairings, full color palette and graphical elements — basically everything you need to present a cohesive and clear brand.

In the end you will have comprehensive brand guidelines (and all necessary logos, files and elements) that will make it easy for you to implement your brand in any visual medium.

  • DISCOVERY CALL

    1h kickoff meeting where style, references, your brand values, and all practical details are discussed.


    WEEK ONE

    I work on a “visual anchor”, a conceptual symbol that guides your brand and the entire process.

    This is presented in a short meeting at the end of the week.


    WEEK TWO

    I create two distinct visual style pathways with placeholder logos and typography for you to choose from. After presenting them you choose one which I will create into a fully fledged visual style.

    WEEK THREE

    I create your full visual/brand identity with every element and present it at the end of the week.


    WEEK FOUR

    Any final tweaks are made and the full brand guidelines finalised.

Squarespace was designed to be extremely user-friendly, which means it is easy for you to maintain and update your website on your own, long after we have launched your site. Managing your site is a matter of dragging-and-dropping, pulling on corners to resize images, and WYSIWYG editing. If you’ve used a computer in the past twenty years you’ll feel right at home.

Built-in search engine optimization


Every Squarespace website is equipped with all the elements needed for a strong SEO strategy. Site descriptions, page titles, custom URLs, search- friendly formatting, and other key elements are all easily managed. There is also an automatically generated built-in sitemap that helps Google to crawl, understand, and ultimately, rank a website.

Squarespace is a self-contained platform that works seamlessly and is fully managed from top to bottom. This means there’s never any need to update software, plugins, or widgets; patch security vulnerabilities; or worry that changing one component might break something else.
